VIDEO: Scary Ride On The Howard Frankland and Courtney Campbell Last Night
Dash cams captured some pretty terrifying moments as the water levels rose last night around Tampa Bay. Two videos in particular are making the rounds on the internet as driver’s navigated Bay area roads carefully as Tropical Storm Eta passed through the area. The first video shows waves crashing over the edge of the Howard Frankland Bridge. This was taken on the northbound side heading into Tampa.

The water forced the closure of the eastbound side of the Courtney Campbell.
