It's far from the first time Bern's has received such recognition. The legendary Tampa restaurant has been serving aged in-house steaks for decades. I remember when I got my last oil change in Boston before moving to Tampa, my mechanic wouldn't stop raving about Bern's. I've still yet to do the full Bern's experience ten years later. I did do the cheap option of ordering a steak sandwich in the bar once. After, I took the tour of the wine cellar and kitchen. But I'm a frugal dude so I'm waiting for that special occasion for my first full Bern's experience.
