In 2018, Mason Dixon celebrated his 40th year on-the-air here in the Tampa Bay radio market. In 1996, Mason was named the “On-Air personality of the Year” by Billboard Magazine. Mason was instrumental in Q105 winning the R&R Station Of The Decade award, and was awarded his own day in the City of Tampa.
