The Oscars is always a time for the women, and even men of Hollywood to step out in their fanciest designer duds. Its a chance for them to steal the show and grab some attention, just in case they don’t receive that much coveted award.
Over the years there have been many memorable dresses, some for their exquisite beauty, and some for their complete outrageousness. We have seen many hits and misses for sure. This year’s additions will happen this week when the 2019 Academy Awards air on Sunday, Feb. 24th.
