Restaurant Is Offering Your Age As Discount
There is a restaurant that is offering to discount your meal bill according to your age.
ABC 23 in Missoula Montana, reports that a local restaurant called The Montana Club has a special offer for you on your birthday. They will give you your age as a percentage discount. If you are turning 32, you get a 32% discount off your bill if you come in and dine on your birthday. Great idea, right?
Well, for Helen Self, it seemed like an offer she couldn’t pass up. So on her 109th birthday, she gathered as many as 2 dozen family and friends and celebrated in style with a big meal. And I assume a big tab.
When it was time to settle up on the check, instead of the customer paying, she got a full 100% discount, and even 9% cash back. What a great birthday! Looks like Ms. Self found a big loophole. BTW… Helen Self has been celebrating her birthday at the Montana restaurant since she turned 100.
Fortunately the Montana Club owner was more than happy to honor the discount, where he was promptly thanked by Helen with a kiss on the cheek.
