The Tampa area property sold by Bucs’ co-owner Darcie Glazer Kassewitz was the second she and her husband have sold this year.
Back in February, the couple sold their Palm Beach home for $53 million. Now the Tampa Bay Buccaneers co-owner has closed on the sale of their home in the gated Avila community in the north Tampa area.
Tampa Bay Business Journal reports the home in Avila, measuring in at close to 29,000 square feet. There’s also an additional 2,600 square foot guest house. The property was sold for $8.3 million. The house features 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The garage has room for five vehicles.
