Florida Flesh-Eating Bacteria Is Not Only In The Water
This is just getting scarier. Not only do we have to worry about “Vibrio Vulnificus” in the water right now thanks to these temperatures, Channel 8 reports tonight that doctors say that flesh-eating bacteria can be in the SAND! A dermatologist says watch out for scrapes and cuts. Clean them right away. They say don’t be afraid of the beach, but just beware. The thing to look for? Redness and swelling. The infection spreads fast so if you’re concerned, don’t wait on it.
