Chick-fil-A Asks The Same Question In Every Interview
Are chicken sandwiches and waffle fries your calling? You better know the answer to this one question if you even want a chance at owning a Chick-fil-A. It’s the question they apparently ask in every interview, according to a new article in Inc. They say FEWER THAN 1% of those who apply for a franchise get past the first stage of the process.
So what’s the question? “Why do you want to own a Chick-fil-A?” As simple as it seems, the answer is telling and helps them decide if you’re a fit to be a part of the company. And by the way… by the numbers, it’s easier to get into Harvard.
