St. Pete Face Mask Requirement Begins Tuesday
Following Tampa and many other cities, St. Petersburg is the latest to issue a mandatory face mask order to slow the spread of COVID-19, according to Channel 8. Mayor Rick Kriseman signed the order tonight. It requires employees and customers of St. Petersburg businesses in any indoor public space to wear a face mask. Tuesday (June 23) at 5pm is when the order takes effect. Previously businesses had to make sure employees had masks. The big change here is that customers will need to do so as well. Kriseman do a Facebook Live tomorrow to go into more detail about the order. [Source: Channel 8]
