Jimmy Buffett Tampa Concert Postponed
As we thought it might, that last remaining concert scheduled for 2020 will not happen… at least in 2020. Amalie Arena announced this week that the concert has been moved to December 4, 2021. They ask that you hold on to your tickets as they will be valid for the new show date.
This concert was already postponed once. The show was originally supposed to happen on Decmeber 13, 2019. Jimmy had to get shoulder surgery and he needed time to recover and do therapy. So the Tampa concert stop on the tour was put off until this year.
If you can’t attend the new date or would just like a refund, LiveNation has this statement on their website:
“Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of their options. If you have tickets to a show that is postponed, you will be able to select your refund option once the new date is announced. If 60 days has passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.”
