Gronk Warns Buyers About His Tampa Penthouse
Word got out that Rob Gronkowski’s old penthouse he had during his time in Tampa was on the market a week or so ago. The asking price? $5.4 million, according to Creative Loafing. Gronk says… save your money.
The former Buc took to social media to give potential buyers a warning… calling his old place at Channelside a DUMP! Gronk says the whole unit needs to be redone. In his post, Gronk says the only reason he even went with the condo was because there were so few options.
Gronk’s complaints don’t stop at the real estate itself. He says the owner is “not a good guy” and says the guy is trying to rip the buyer off. Gronk also warned the owner in the post that he needs to stop using his name to sell the Tampa property. Ouch. [Source: Creative Loafing]
