FREE BEER Is Back At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens is finally bringing back their most requested and best attraction! No, it isn’t The Python. It actually isn’t even a ride. It’s the one thing everyone complained about when it was wrongfully taken away from us. For those of you still guessing get ready. FREE BEER at Busch Gardens is back for the summer!

How To Get Free Beer At Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will bringing back FREE BEER, but you better hurry. This offer will only be for a limited time (usually lasts throughout the summer). While all guests over the age of 21 can enjoy one complimentary 7 oz. beer per day, BG Pass Members can enjoy two complimentary beers per day. The drafts will be offered at the park daily from 11:00 A.M. until one hour before park close at Orang Café in Jungala. Look for the Skyride or Tigris and you’ll be in the right place.

More Exciting Things Happening At Busch Gardens

Free Beer at Busch Gardens isn’t the only reason to visit this summer! There’s so much going on. Every weekend this summer they’ll have summer night fireworks at 9:45pm. There’s also a great new way to escape the heat at Busch Gardens. Chill out at the Moroccan Palace Theater for a new ice show “Rhythm of Nature”. If you’re more of a thrill seeker, the new ride Phoenix Rising will be opening soon! This new family-friendly ride will reach speed of 44 MPH and take you through twists and turns.

Rich grew up in the Bronx, NY but moved to Tampa in 2006 to attend the University of Tampa. Why Did These 5 Theme Parks Close Down In Florida?

  • Boardwalk and Baseball

    Boardwalk and Baseball was opened in 1987 in Haines City. This theme park was supposed to compete with Disney’s Epcot, but it could not meet the same standards. The park that consisted of 32 rides was completely abandoned and then demolished a decade later in 2003.

  • Water Mania

    Water Mania was located off highway 192 in Kissimmee. It was opened in 1987 and featured wave pools and water slides. Water Mania closed in 2005 and the owners say it was not due to financial problems, they were just ready to sell.  They did send an email to their annual passholders telling them their membership would be valid at Wet ‘n Wild, which was one of their competitors. The owners also found employees other job opportunities.

  • Circus World

    Circus world opened in 1973 and was located in Haines City. It was a circus theme park which had  “live shows and amusement park rides! It became very hard to keep circus world open and it was sold several times. It eventually became Boardwalk and Baseball but as you read above that closed too. 

  • Splendid China

    Splendid China opened in 1993! The park was created to spotlight the incredible Chinese architecture and culture with the hopes of attracting tourists to visit internationally. Sadly they could not keep up with Disney either and had to close their doors in 2003. 

  • Jungleland Zoo

    Jungleland Zoo opened in 1995 and was located in Kissimmee. The park did really well but it started going downhill due to significant drainage issues and wood rot. Also a female lioness escaped her cage and was missing for two days. Jungleland zoo closed down in 2002.
