2 Florida Nordstrom Stores Closing

Many Tampa area malls have reopened, but with stores being closed for so long, retailers were hit hard and some may not be able to bounce back. Many were having trouble competing with online shoppers flocking to Amazon long before COVID-19.
Today, the Tampa Bay Times reports that Nordstrom is closing 16 of its stores this year. Two of those will be here in Florida. The closest one to us that is closing is in Naples at the Waterside Shops. The other is down at the Dadeland Mall in Kendall. The store here in Tampa at International Plaza is safe for now.
