Hot Pinellas Deputy Arrested For DUI
A Pinellas County sheriff’s deputy got in trouble early Tuesday morning. She lost her job because of a DUI arrest.
According to PCSO, 26-year-old Shelby Coniglio was pulled over Tuesday morning at 1:03 a.m. at the corner of 108th Ave. N. and 3th St. N. in St. Petersburg.
Officers said she showed signs of impairment and the odor of alcohol on her breath. She had slurred speech, a blank expression, bloodshot/glassy eyes and was unsteady on her feet. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
According to a breath sample, she had a BrAC of .206/.219. She was charged with a count of DUI with BAL of .15 or greater.
Here’s her mugshot. She was hired on September 10, 2018. Based on Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office policy, she was terminated following the arrest.
