Topgolf In St. Petersburg: A Stimulating Experience for the Whole Family
We had a chance to check out Topgolf In St. Petersburg for the first time this weekend.
Our friends had reserved two bays and invited us to join them. I’ve checked out Topgolf in Brandon. I loved it but not crazy about the drive. I love how this particular location is in Carillon. It’s convenient to folks all over the Tampa Bay area. It was a less than 30-minute drive from Westchase.
Topgolf does a great job of fusing technology, sport, and entertainment. Let me explain why I find Topgolf to be the perfect place to enjoy a “family date night.” And what I mean by that is a fun night out with your kids and other couples with kids. But you still kind of feel like you’re on an adult date.
I have three reasons that support this. First off, the food is kid-friendly, but also fun for adults. For example, they have plenty of kids’ items to choose from including your basic cheeseburger and chicken fingers. They serve plenty of apps like pretzel bites and quesadillas that both kids and adults will enjoy. And their adult beverage list is a lot of fun. They serve beer and wine but also cookie butter old-fashioneds and skinny margaritas. All their food and beverages are made from high-quality ingredients.
Second reason it’s fun for kid-fun and date night-fun is that the energy and atmosphere are perfect for both. It’s stimulating with lights and action for the kids, but also with all the great music and lounge-seating around the bays, it feels like adult-fun.
Furthermore, the entertainment offering, indoor golf, gives the kids something exciting and fun to do, and adults of all experience level in golf can take a swing and have fun, too. No pressure to shoot par! Just have a great time at Topgolf in St. Petersburg.
When it first opened, Geno checked it out and took tons of photos.
