Mick Jagger Cleared to Tour: Report
If these reports are true, then fans will be able to see Mick Jagger back on the road with The Rolling Stones sooner than later.
U.K.’s The Sun reports that Jagger, who had heart valve surgery in April, says that their sources indicate the legendary frontman has been given “a clean bill of health” by his doctors, which means he can tour again.
The Stones’ 2019 North American leg of their “No Filter” tour was originally scheduled to kick off on April 20 in Miami. Jagger underwent heart valve surgery on April 4 in New York City. Shortly after the surgery, Jagger took to Thank you everyone for all your messages of support, I’m feeling much better now and on the mend - and also a huge thank you to all the hospital staff for doing a superb job.
So far, the Stones have yet to announce the rescheduled dates of their postponed North American tour.
