Chuck Tiernan is Director of LEAP Tampa Bay. He joins Roxanne Wilder to discuss the Complete Tampa Bay program and how it will help students complete degrees they started but never finished. Completion Coach Matt Smith also joined the conversation and explains how he helps students successfully complete their degree.
