Columbia Restaurants Helping Furloughed Employees
Columbia Restaurants had to furlough employees in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
But the Gonzmarts (who own the group of restaurants) are doing everything they can to help those employees.
1. They’ll be paying full health benefits at least until the end of April.
2. They are launching a gift card campaign.
3. Revenue through April will go to furloughed employees.
4. They are curating and passing along important city, state, and federal information to the furloughed workers.
It’s nice to see people who care about the people who work for them during these tough times.
