Florida Auto Insurance Rates Among Highest In Nation
There’s a new list that’s been put out by Insure.com with their annual ranking of the states where you’ll find the most and least expensive auto insurance.
Where does Florida rank? It’s not pretty. We are third MOST expensive, with average annual rates at $2,239. But at least we don’t live in Michigan. For seven consecutive years, Michigan has earned the top spot. Drivers there pay an average annual premium of $2,878. For another year in a row, Louisiana came in second. They average $2,389 per year.
Where can you go to pay the least amount in insurance premiums? Maine. They have a less dense population and not a lot of uninsured drivers. Their annual premium cost is $912.
