Whether you want to slim down for a (red) wedding or heed the whispers that summer is coming, perhaps you can turn the final season of Game of Thrones into a workout.
While the format may be familiar to those who play TV show based drinking games, PopSugar has come up with 20 different exercises that claim can get you in “battle ready shape.”
During the opening theme, you’ll need to wall sit for one minute. If there’s a callback to an earlier season, start doing lunges. Flashback? Begin burpees.
Chances are you’ll get quite the workout if this happens during the show. Each time a character dies, do 15 squats. When Jon Snow broods, 5 push-ups are on the bill.
