Early Voting Starts Monday In The Tampa Bay Area

Around the state, early voting begins on Monday, October 19th.
In Hillsborough County, there will be 26 available early voting sites.
Craig Latimer is the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections. He said, “We’re expecting a robust turnout…We want a safe and healthy environment having said that and we’re gonna continue to say it we’re not gonna be allowing a whole lot of people in a polling room we’re gonna keep those numbers down we’re following CDC guidelines.”
Some of the safety precautions in place include plexiglass barriers, 6 ft. markers, socially distanced privacy booths, and you’ll get your own pen to take home. Also, poll workers will wear masks.
