Adele’s New Diet
If you watched SNL this weekend, you may be asking yourself, “How did Adele lose all this weight?”
She looks amazing. Well, the diet she’s giving credit to is called the “Sirtfood Diet.”
Here’s what it involves:
You can eat plant food, including things like buckwheat, kale, etc. Why? Because these foods are sirtuin activators, which suppress appetite and activate human genes that help you get skinny.
Sirtuin activators also help regulate inflammation and reverse the aging process.
Here is the great news:
The diet allows dieters to eat dark chocolate and drink red wine. Woo hoo! Sounds like my kinda diet.
