HCSO: Wrong Way Driver Sets Car on Fire on I-75 in Tampa
A woman was taken into custody after she allegedly set her car on fire on Interstate 75 in Tampa early Thursday morning, police say.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that a woman was traveling southbound on northbound lanes on I-75 when they pulled her over between the Fletcher and Fowler exits.
According to Fox 13, police say the woman was going through a mental health crisis when she had a knife in her hand and set her car on fire.
Reports say that the woman was not arrested, however, the woman was taken into custody under the Baker Act.
