Florida Resident Deal At Walt Disney World

It’s time for Florida residents to share in the Disney magic, but get a deal at the same time. Here are the details.

Each year, Walt Disney World offers special deals for Florida residents. Usually, they are sold as 3 or 4-day passes. The tickets end up being far less per day than for a single-day ticket. Much less.

4-Day Discovery Disney Ticket

The 4-Day Discovery Disney Ticket costs $235 (plus tax). Doing the math, that comes out to just $59 per day. Compare that with the regular price of getting into any of the four Walt Disney World parks, which begins at $109 (plus tax). The tickets are good for the four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

There’s also a 3-day ticket, for $219 (plus tax), which comes out to just $73 per day. Still better than the regular-priced ticket, which can go as high as $164 for a single park.

Here are more details about these tickets. The tickets are valid from April 2 through September 28, 2024. They also require advance park reservations, which are limited. Each ticket must have a reservation. Click here for more details and reservation availability.

Tickets are good for one park per day but can be used on consecutive or nonconsecutive days. For an extra fee, you can add the “Park Hopper Option” to visit multiple parks in a day. There’s also the Water Park and Sports Options. (This includes Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, and also ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail, Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one round; prior to 4:00 PM), Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one round; prior to 4:00 PM) Tickets also don’t include separately priced events.

Here are a few ideas for a Walt Disney World visit

If you’re interested in some of the most popular attractions in the world, it may be the best opportunity to check out Tron Lightcycle Run, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Soarin’ Around the World. You’ll probably also want to ride some of the classic rides, such as Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and countless others.

There are festivals at EPCOT to visit, including the International Flower & Garden Festival going on now through May 27, 2024. That will be followed by the International Food & Wine Festival. Each of those festivals includes concert series featuring all genres of music, including Q105 artists A Flock of Seagulls and Starship Featuring Mickey Thomas. We’ll have the lineup for the International Food & Wine Festival as soon as it is announced.
