Roxanne’s Daughter Cooks Valentine’s Day French Toast Sandwiches
If you want to show someone you love them, make them a Valentine’s Day French Toast Sandwich.
It’s relatively easy. With some help from mom, my two-year-old threw these together. My daughter and I picked this recipe after being inspired by Macy Bakes’ French Toast Sandwich recipe in Love & Comfort Food. A French toast sandwich is similiar to a Monte Cristo but more beautiful and indugulgant.
Here are the ingredients that you will need.
~1/2 Cup Whole Milk
~4 Eggs
~1/2 tsp Salt
~1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
~8 Slices Brioche Bread
~4 Slices Black Forest Ham
~4 Slices Honey Smoked Turkey
~8 Slices of Swiss Cheese
~4 Tbsp Raspberry Jam
~2 Tbs Butter
~Confectioners’ Sugar
