Tampa Man Claims To Have Created World’s Tallest Hat

Odilon Ozare, a Tampa artist, has created what he believes to qualify as the world’s tallest hat, and he has sent paperwork to Guinness World Records for the recognition.
The hat, a top hat, tops outat 18 feet 9 inches tall on top of its wearer. See him wearing the hat in the video as he visits a restaurant with a very tall ceiling!
