This is all from Colin Cowherd from Fox Sports Radio. He says it'll be announced tomorrow. He quotes an unnamed source that is an "icon source... somebody in Tom's stratosphere who knows Tom that is a famous person." Cowherd says, "He says Tampa." Cowherd goes on to say the source is NOT a football source. He says it's a celebrity but stops there.
