As we kind of knew it would, the much-anticipated stadium tour with Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett got pushed back to next summer. We now have the 3 new 2021 Florida dates. Those hoping the schedule change might give hope for a Tampa show at Raymond James Stadium… sorry. It’s not happening. Miami will get the first stop on the tour on June 26 at Hard Rock Stadium. The next night the tour moves to Orlando on June 27 at Camping World Stadium. The tour’s last stop will be in Jacksonville August 7 at TIAA Bank Field. Originally, Jacksonville was set to get the first date on the tour for Florida.
Those who had tickets for the original dates can just simply use them for the new dates. However, if you do want a refund if the new dates don’t work for you, you do have options. Here’s the official statement from Ticketmaster regarding rescheduled date refunds: “If you can’t make the new date, in many cases event organizers will provide you the option to request a refund, or they may be offering you the option to choose a refund or a credit. We will send you a notification email as soon as the event organizer updates the status of the event. The email will also specify the timeframe the event organizer is making refund and/or credit options available; either 30 days from when you received your notification email or up until two weeks prior to the rescheduled date.”
I bought tickets for the Miami show. I just got an email saying I have until July 18 to put in for a refund. They say the request would be processed within 30 days.
