The Eagles Are Coming To Tampa in 2022
If you’ve been racking your brain trying to think of something to ask Santa for this year, now you’ve got it. The Eagles are coming back to Tampa. The current lineup with Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, Deacon Frey and Vince Gill will play Amalie Arena February 28.
Ticket prices will range from $125.25 to $465.25. They go on sale Friday, Dec. 3 and 10 a.m. There are a handful of presales including a VIP option that will go on sale a day earlier. VIP packages include premium seats, band merchandise, and parking. There is an 8 ticket limit for this event. There are 2 other Florida concerts on the itinerary in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.
Taking a peek at the Amalie Arena website, this appears to be a traditional end stage layout. But this show will be a bit different than previous tours that have come through Florida. The band will play the entire Hotel California album from beginning to end. The Eagles say some of the songs on that record haven’t been done live since they first toured to support Hotel California. This “Freedom” tour will feature an orchestra and choir too.
