Clearwater Man Sat On Woman Using Gym Equipment

Another day, another "A Floridan Man" story. 78 year old Robert Edward Dvorak of Clearwater apparently ran out of patience while working out. Dvorak was waiting for his turn to use some exercise equipment.

The wait led to an argument and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says Dvorak got tired of waiting and SAT ON THE WOMAN using the machine. The woman's sister told Dvorak to get off her and police say he pushed her away. They say Dvorak admitted to pushing the woman and those watching nearby say that Dvorak was the aggressor, according to Channel 8.

Dvorak was arrested and now faces a simple battery charge. If it's this bad at the gym now, wait til he sees the crowd next month when all us resolution people join for two or three weeks. [Source: Channel 8]
