While there's nothing like being there in person to experience MacDill AirFest, it is quite the effort to get to MacDill. The Air Force Base isn't designed to accommodate tens of thousands of visitors so it can be chaotic on show day. The traffic is crazy and hoping to find parking before they reach capacity is always a challenge.

Fortunately MacDill is letting you stream the experience of AirFest. Watch this live video feed from AirFest on your computer or your phone wherever you are. Pass along to any friends who might have mobility issues or are far away and can't be in Tampa for the event.

If you plan on visiting MacDill this weekend, definitely wear comfortable shoes, bring hats and sunscreen. Most importantly, you will definitely want to stay hydrated. It's a long day and fortunately the weather forecast for Tampa Bay this weekend looks great for MacDill AirFest. While the experience of visiting AirFest is thrilling, it can be exhausting. Don't go home all sunburned and sore.

One way to beat the notorious long traffic delays? Bike your way in! I tried it 2 years ago and it was the best advice I ever got. Park at some nearby public park and just ride your bicycle into AirFest. You wouldn't believe how fast and easy it is. We were in and out in less than an hour and the bike racks are located just a few steps from the main entrance. They do ask you to wear a bike helmet though while you're on base.

Fighting traffic and waiting in line or doing a lot of walking isn't your thin? You can't beat this great video feed online. Thanks to the MacDill Air Force Base Facebook crew for providing the free video feed live so all can experience the incredible sights and sounds of AirFest.
