NFL Concert Planned Before Season Opener in Tampa
File photo.
It was announced yesterday that the NFL season will start here in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium when the Bucs host the Cowboys. It’s become a NFL tradition for the Super Bowl winning team to host the season kickoff. (See the rest of this year’s Bucs schedule here.) But in addition to the game, don’t forget… the NFL throws a big party and concert with the season opener. And unlike the Super Bowl halftime show, you won’t need a game ticket to watch.
The NFL first started doing this about 20 years ago. Who should headline this year? Tweet @GenoRadio and I’ll include your picks below this impressive list of performers they’ve had so far.
