Poison’s Bret Michaels Is Coming To Clearwater
The Stadium Tour with Def Leppard, Motley Crue and Poison seems to still be on for next summer, but that requires that awful drive to Orlando. And the wait has been excruciating since the tour had to be pushed back thanks to our friend COVID-19! Vince Neil from Motley Crue just performed a solo show here in Tampa last month at the Seminole Hard Rock Event Center. Now Poison’s lead singer Bret Michaels is doing the same. Except this time, the show will be in Clearwater.
Mark your calendar for February 26, 2022. Ruth Eckerd Hall just announced that Bret will bring his “Concert With A Purpose” to Tampa Bay. Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 12 at 1am, although there’s a presale tomorrow morning at 10am according to Bret’s website. The presale code you’ll need is BRET2022. Tickets range from around $50 to $200.
Also on the lineup that night will be Warrant. Warrant’s original lead singer Jani Lane passed away a decade ago. Robert Mason now handles lead vocal duties. You’ll also see Noah Galloway from Dancing with the Stars. The show will raise money for the local Florida chapter of the 50 Legs Foundation.
