The full schedule comes out tonight, but we know now that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to be featured in prime time on Week 4. The NFL announced this morning that the Bucs will play the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football on October 2. It’ll be a rematch from Super Bowl LV and the sixth time Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes will face off. Brady has a 3 games to 2 lead in the faceoff. I’m sure Mahomes would love nothing more than to tie it up before Tom Brady hangs up the jersey and moves on to his next job.
CBS Sports reports that tonight’s schedule will be a lot different than originally drawn up because of Tom Brady. NFL broadcasting chief Howard Katz said an in interview with the LA Times that once Brady decided to play another season, the entire schedule was scrapped and the league started all over from scratch. ShareTime for Tom Brady magic?
ShareDown 29-28, the Bucs would have to march down the field with only a minute to go. Could they do it? DUH. We have Tom Brady. Of course we did.
Football is back baby!
