Suspect On The Run After Deadly Hit-And-Run In Tampa
An overnight crash has left one man dead in Tampa.
At approximately 2 a.m., Tampa Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on North 26th Street and East Columbus Drive.
Upon arrival, they found the victim, Artemus Leon Holley, 52, dead inside his vehicle.
According to WTSP, the suspect was driving a rental and fled the scene. He is still on the run.
At the time of the crash, there was a passenger in the rental, who has since been arrested.
Police say he has yet to cooperate or provide information regarding the crash.
