Returning to work after a vacation is rough, but we’re going to help you out. We work so hard! Our average work week is more like 45 hours, and even when we’re “away from work,” we’re never away from the phone, messages, and emails. So how can you retain the benefits of R&R once you’re back on the clock?
Here are two tips:
1. Ignore work FOMO, Fear Of Missing Out. You’ve got to set boundaries between work and life.
