Don't let those stored up vacation days go to waste! It could be the difference between life or death. Researchers from the University of Helsinki conducted a 40 year study with 1,200 participants and found that taking three weeks of vacation can help you live longer. Men who used three weeks or less of their vacation had a 37% greater chance of dying earlier than those who took more. Even if the men were healthy, exercised and ate healthy!
