Vacations Are Good For Your Mental And Physical Health
Don’t let those stored up vacation days go to waste! It could be the difference between life or death. Researchers from the University of Helsinki conducted a 40 year study with 1,200 participants and found that taking three weeks of vacation can help you live longer. Men who used three weeks or less of their vacation had a 37% greater chance of dying earlier than those who took more. Even if the men were healthy, exercised and ate healthy!
