Halloween is (only) two months away, and ZooTampa is already putting its plans together for “Creatures of the Night”.
ZooTampa will feature animal encounters and haunted houses, and will be family friendly.
There will be the zoo’s creepy-crawly animal encounters as well as their more traditional animals as the stars of the zoo.
Kids 11 and under are welcome in costumes. Not so for anyone over 12, who may not wear wigs, masks (including face paint) or costumes, and no toy weapons are allowed.
“Creatures of the Night” takes place Fridays & Saturdays in October from 4 p.m, until 10 p.m.
“Christmas in the Wild” will be held on select December dates.
With Christmas lights (by the thousands) and a 50 foot tall Christmas Tree, the fun begins Black Friday.
