3 Ways Disney World Will Celebrate Halloween In 2020
Many Disney fans were a bit bummed out to learn that Magic Kingdom would not host Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for 2020. However, the ‘Happiest Place on Earth’ is still going to have fun plans for the fall!
With Covid-19 spoiling so much fun and excitement in 2020, Walt Disney World is doing their best to keep the feel of the excitement of the season alive. From Sept. 15 to Oct. 31, Fall at Magic Kingdom will be the special place Disney fans will love, and here are three things to expect at the park.
1. Magic Kingdom will be decorated for the fall with Halloween theming around the park. There will be fall treats, including the Pumpkin-spiced Waffle Sundae, plus Halloween themed merchandise.
2. Guests will get to see special Halloween-themed cavalcades featuring their favorite Disney characters.
3. For the first time, Disney guests will be allowed to visit Magic Kingdom wearing costumes during regular park hours. Kids 13 and under will be allowed to wear costume masks, but everyone over 2 years old must wear approved face coverings. Click here for Disney’s guidelines for costumes.
With the limited attendance at Walt Disney World parks, smaller crowds are keeping those lines down for most of your favorite rides.
