Tampa Won’t Dye Hillsborough River Green In 2021
The annual St. Patrick’s Day tradition is going to take a year off.
Because of the pandemic, the City of Tampa is not going celebrate with the “River O’Green”. The city made the decision in an effort to encourage a safe celebration.
The city did say that Tampa’s Larry the Leprechaun will still make cameo appearances in the downtown area.
We’ll find other safe ways to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in 2021.
How are you going to celebrate? It’s on a Wednesday this year…
After much consideration, the 2021 River O'Green Festival has been canceled.
