Palm Harbor Man Wins $1 Million From Scratch-Off Ticket

A Pinellas County man won the top prize from a Florida Lottery scratch-off game.

Wow, it seems as though people in the Tampa Bay area have been very lucky!

Anthony Fatu, a 38-year-old Palm Harbor resident, played a ticket from “The Fastest Road to $1,000,000”. The $30 ticket won him the $1 million top prize.

Anthony purchased the ticket at BS Food & Gas Inc., which is located at 5390 Duhme Rd. in St. Pete.

Mr. Fatu chose to take the lump sum of $790,000. The store where he purchased the ticket will also receive a $2,000 commission for selling the ticket.
