Sarasota Woman Wins $2 Million From Florida Lottery Scratch-Off Game
A Sarasota woman won the top prize from a Florida Lottery scratch-off game.
A very lucky lady won the top prize in the $10 Gold Rush Supreme Scratch-Off game from the Florida Lottery.
Dana Spencer, a 54-year-old woman from Sarasota, won the $2 million top prize, popped the ticket into a secured drop box at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She chose to take the one-time payment of $1,760,000.
The ticket was purchased at Publix, located at 5804 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota. Publix will receive a $4,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
