Video: Tampa Bay’s Rob Gronkowski Sets World Record
Is there anything Gronk can’t do? He has championship rings, and now he holds a Guinness World Record.
Rob already holds the NFL record for the most touchdowns by a tight end in a season. The NFL website credits Rob Gronkowski with 566 career catches. None of them were like this one. A football was dropped from a helicopter for Rob to catch. The height? 625 feet. That’s more than two football fields!
The feat was performed at the campus of the University of Arizona. Gronk wore his Wildcats uniform. While playing for Arizona, he set records for his position, including in categories of receptions, yards and touchdowns.
It took a couple of practice runs, but watch the video and see Rob set the Guinness World Record.
