Seffner Man Wins 2nd Florida Lottery Scratch-off Jackpot In Two Years
Hillsborough County resident takes his second top prize from a Florida Lottery Scratch-Off Ticket.
Michael Landcaster, a 64-year-old from Seffner, won a $1 million prize from the “Cash Club” Scratch-Off from the Florida Lottery. Landcaster purchased the ticket at the Seffner Citgo, 930 West U.S. Highway 92. He chose to take the one-time payment of $880,000. The store will get a $2,000 commission for selling the ticket.
Two years ago, Landcaster won the $500,000 top prize from a “$500,000 Jackpot Multiplier” scratch-off game.
The “Cash Club” is a $10 scratch-off game. There were 10 top prizes, and there are 8 remaining.
