Follow-Up: Plant City Woman Charged With Stealing Bentley From Clearwater Beach
We told you earlier this week Clearwater police were searching for a stolen Bentley worth nearly $100,000. We’ve heard an arrest was made.
When a Bentley was discovered to be missing from a Clearwater Beach home, surveillance video caught an image that police circulated. Now they’ve found their suspect.
The video showed the woman sneak into a residence to steal the key fob for the car. Now they’ve tracked the car to her Plant City home.
According to a tweet from Clearwater Police Department, the suspect is being charged with grand theft auto and burglary. Report from News Channel 8 said she’s a former real estate agent, but it’s not clear whether she knew the owner of the car.
