Pinellas County Getting More COVID-19 Vaccine
Here’s how Pinellas County has explained how they will be handling vaccines.
The priority, as per Governor DeSantis, will continue to be those 65 and over. There is also a focus on those in nursing homes and long-term care.
Vaccines will not be given without an appointment.
Registration continues beginning 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 23. Residents can register online at patientportalfl.com. For those without internet access, there is a phone option, 844-770-8548.
Accounts may be set up before 10 a.m. Saturday, but appointments will not be scheduled until after that time. Proof of residency must be shown to get a vaccine.
