A Popular Canadian Coffee Chain Is Coming To Florida
If you’ve been to Canada, there’s no doubt you’ve seen Tim Horton’s and the popular Canadian coffee chain is coming to Florida.
Much like we see Starbucks and Dunkin‘ on every street, not only in Southwest Florida, but in all of America, if you go to Canada, you see Tim Horton’s. Or “Tim’s” or “Timmie’s” to the locals. I’ve been there a few times in my travels and it certainly is delicious. I get why everyone is always talking about it. Between the coffee and the donuts it makes for a great breakfast stop for locals and visitors alike. And not to mention it’s cheap. You can get a latte for less than $5. If you’ve wanted to try Tim Horton’s for yourself without traveling north, you will have your chance because the popular coffee chain is coming to Florida.
A Popular Canadian Coffee Chain Is Coming To Florida
About 30 years ago, there were some Tim Horton’s locations in the Sunshine State down in Broward County, but it’s been missing from our landscape since then. But the good news is that they’ll be making a return. And right here on Florida’s Gulf Coast. According to the Tampa Bay Times, the plan is to open a Tim Horton’s in Ellenton, just north of Bradenton.
There’s no opening date as of yet, but I’m hoping for sooner rather than later!
If you don’t want to wait, there are Tim Horton’s locations here in the U.S. in 15 states so you don’t have to go all the way to Canada to try it. You can also purchase bagged coffee and K-cups at stores here in Southwest Florida like Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, Target and more.
